Delegates from the UK are encouraged to pay by cheque, or £150 at the special subsidized rate. MAI’s actual per-person cost is £275, so those who are able are encouraged to pay an additional £125 as a gift to the Forum scholarship fund. The additional amount of £125 may be gift-aided if you pay UK tax.  Please submit the gift aid declaration. Cheques may be sent to: MAI-Europe, Treasurer, 120 Canesworde Road, Dunstable, Beds LU6 3PZ. (The actual per-person cost in US dollars is $410, and the subsidized conference rate is $240.)

Limited conference scholarship assistance may be available.

Registration fee covers conference meals, lodging and registration €175.00
If you cancel your registration before 15 August 2010, you will receive a refund less €75 administration fee. After 15 August, payments are non-refundable. You may recommend a substitute if you are unable to attend.
